The PJ Library

Kehillah Partnership and the Northern New Jersey Jewish Community welcome you to The PJ Library® family

Kehillah Partnership, in conjunction with the Bergen County YJCC, Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, YM-YWHA of North Jersey, and UJA of Northern New Jersey, and with additional support from The Russell Berrie Foundation and Eva and Howard Jakob, is pleased to offer The PJ Library®. This program sends free of charge, age-appropriate Jewish-content books and music, on a monthly basis, to families with children from six months through 5½ years of age. Just sign up below!

The PJ Library® program is available free for the first two years to children ages 6 months to 5½ years who live in the northern New Jersey area or who are members of a northern New Jersey constituent organization. After the first two years, if the PJ Library® has become a meaningful part of your family life, you will have the opportunity to re-enroll your children for free for additional years. There is no limit to the number of children enrolling per family.

Thanks to the generosity of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and our local funders, over 2000 children are currently receiving books from The PJ Library. We are pleased to announce that there are an additional 500 slots available for 2011. Enrollees will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list as we seek to secure additional funding to bring this wonderful program to all children in our community. We encourage you to enroll now. Friends or family may sponsor a child from out of the area for $60 per child per year.

Please note that your first book will arrive approximately 6-8 weeks after you enroll.
